Grand Mufti Urges Muslims to Perform Istisqa Prayer This Thursday

Riyadh: Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars, and President of the General Presidency of Scholarly Research and Ifta, Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Fawzan bin Abdullah Al-Fawzan urged all Muslims in the Kingdom to perform the Istisqa (rain-seeking) prayer, as called for by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

According to Saudi Press Agency, he recommended that people attend the Istisqa prayer in their regular attire, approaching it with humility and sincere devotion to Allah Almighty.
