Mina: His Eminence the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Al-Sheikh, welcomed Dr. Mutlaq Jasser Al-Jasser, President of the Mortaqa Scientific Society in Kuwait, at his residence in Mina, Makkah.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Al-Jasser, who is also a faculty member at the Faculty of Sharia at Kuwait University, visited to greet the Grand Mufti and extend his congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. This meeting took place amidst the sacred atmosphere of Mina, a key location during the annual Hajj pilgrimage.
The visit highlights the cordial relations between religious scholars in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, emphasizing the shared cultural and religious values that bind the two nations. The Grand Mufti, as the Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars and President of the General Presidency for Scientific Research and Ifta, plays a pivotal role in guiding religious discourse and fostering international scholarly connections.
