The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has started to install water-misting fans at Mataf courtyard of the Grand Mosque in Makkah.
This service aims to cool the air for the pilgrims at Mataf courtyard amid an increase in temperatures and allow them to perform their rituals with ease and comfort, said the General President of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdurrahman Al-Sudais.
He added that these efforts are implemented under the Kingdom’s prudent leadership to provide all human and mechanical services for the pilgrims at the Grand Mosque.
