Amman: A high-level delegation from the Federation of Saudi Chambers (FSC) began a visit to Jordan today to conclude trade agreements and explore investment opportunities. The delegation will hold meetings with Jordanian officials and private sector representatives to strengthen economic cooperation and establish new partnerships.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the delegation, led by President of the Federation of Saudi Chambers Hassan Al-Huwaizi, includes more than 120 major Saudi investors. The visit aims to boost economic and trade ties, identify joint investment opportunities, develop partnerships in vital sectors, and promote greater integration between the chambers of commerce in both countries.
The initiative aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to expand international economic partnerships, diversify the national economy, and attract high-value investments. It also seeks to showcase opportunities and enhance communication between Saudi and Jordanian companies in areas of trade and economic cooperation.
The delegation's program includes meetings with senior Jordanian officials and the convening of a Saudi-Jordanian Business Forum to highlight investment incentives, the business environment, and prospects for partnership in targeted sectors. Both sides expressed hope that the visit would contribute to increasing trade and investment exchange, with the current volume of trade between the two countries estimated at around SAR18 billion.
