Riyadh: Governor of the General Food Security Authority Eng. Ahmed Al-Fares received Syrian Minister of Agriculture Dr. Amjad Badr and his accompanying delegation at the authority headquarters today. The officials reviewed topics of mutual interest and discussed areas of food security relevant to both countries, as well as ways to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise and experiences in the field.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting highlighted the shared challenges and opportunities in the realm of food security. Both parties emphasized the importance of collaboration to address the growing concerns over food stability and sustainability in the region. They explored various strategies to bolster agricultural productivity and ensure the efficient exchange of knowledge and resources.
