Riyadh: A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed today between the General Food Security Authority and the Culinary Arts Commission. The agreement seeks to bolster cooperation in reducing food waste, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU focuses on leveraging the Culinary Arts Commission's programs to introduce innovative methods for food waste reduction. Additionally, the collaboration aims to develop policies and legislation that promote food sustainability across the restaurant and food service sectors. This strategic partnership underscores the commitment of both entities to contribute to a more sustainable future.
