Riyadh: The E-Commerce Council, in collaboration with Incomedia, an Italian company known for its expertise in website design and creation software, has launched a significant initiative aimed at empowering micro and small businesses in Saudi Arabia by providing them with 650 free online stores.



According to Saudi Press Agency, the E-Commerce Council’s initiative is designed to motivate micro and small businesses to explore opportunities within the e-commerce sector. Incomedia is contributing its digital product, WebSite X5 Pro, which is a user-friendly platform that allows business owners to create and manage online stores without needing programming skills.



WebSite X5 Pro, which is already utilized by businesses across more than 40 countries, provides an intuitive design interface and ready-made templates that streamline the process of developing websites and online stores.



For businesses to qualify for this initiative, they must be registered in Saudi Arabia, possess valid commercial registration, not currently own a website or online store, and fall under the classification of micro or small enterprise.
