Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah designated Shawwal 15 (April 13) as the final date for Umrah performers to enter Saudi Arabia, with Dhul-Qa'dah 1 (April 29) marking the deadline for their departure in preparation for the upcoming Hajj season. The ministry emphasizes that staying beyond this deadline subjects violators to statutory penalties.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry urges individuals, as well as Umrah companies and institutions, to comply with the regulations and instructions governing the timely departure of Umrah performers. It confirmed that overstaying will be regarded as a violation and that a company's failure to report such delays may result in financial fines of up to SAR100,000, along with legal actions against those responsible.
