Makkah: Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz inaugurated stc’s mobile smart digital bus project at the principality headquarters, in the presence of a number of stc senior executives.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the deputy governor was briefed on the components of the digital bus and listened to an explanation of its technical features and the way it delivers training and awareness programs to targeted groups, including enabling the elderly to use government applications and digital technologies.
The smart digital bus aims to promote digital awareness and enhance the safe use of modern technologies through mobile centers equipped with interactive display systems and staffed by specialized information technology (IT) professionals. It targets various segments of society, particularly the elderly, through simplified, comprehensive educational and training programs across several governorates in Makkah Region.
