Jeddah: Minister of Culture Prince Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan welcomed Minister of Culture and Youth of the Republic of Costa Rica Jorge Rodr­guez Vives and his delegation during their visit to the Kingdom today.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting was marked by mutual appreciation of the long-standing historical relations between Saudi Arabia and Costa Rica, celebrating a decade of diplomatic ties. This significant milestone lays the groundwork for a growing partnership reinforced by shared values, respect, and mutual cultural enrichment.

The discussions underscored the significance of strengthening cooperation between the two nations in various cultural domains. Areas of focus included museums, theatre and performing arts, music, visual arts, culinary arts, and the exchange of cultural knowledge.
