Riyadh: Minister of Culture Prince Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan met with Albanian Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Sports Blendi Gonxhja on Monday during Gonxhja's visit to the Kingdom to attend the UN Tourism General Assembly meetings.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing the robust cultural ties between Saudi Arabia and Albania. A key topic of discussion was the collaboration between the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic (KSGAAL) and the University of Tirana in promoting Arabic language education.
Furthermore, the meeting highlighted the initiative by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission aimed at translating works by Saudi authors from Arabic into Albanian, demonstrating a commitment to cultural exchange and understanding between the two nations.
