Riyadh: The Culinary Arts Commission is preparing for the fourth edition of its 'Kawin' Culinary Arts Incubator Program, scheduled to take place from June 11 to August 15, 2024. This program aims to support and nurture culinary talent by providing comprehensive programs for innovative chefs and entrepreneurs in the culinary arts sector. The incubator consists of three main programs, one of which is the "Kawin-Culinary Arts Incubator." It includes six consecutive courses, each starting with a three-day virtual competition. Each course will have 80 participants, and 40 projects will be selected to continue the two-month in-person incubator phase. The training courses will culminate in the graduation of 120 incubated projects. According to the commission, the programs are open to Saudis over 18 in the Kingdom. These culinary enthusiasts must possess a creative recipe or product and draw inspiration from local or international flavours. Total dedication to the program is essential.
