Crown Prince Meets Mauritanian President to Discuss Bilateral Relations

Mina: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, held a meeting today at the Royal Court in Mina Palace with His Excellency President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. The discussions focused on bilateral relations and potential areas of cooperation.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting began with an exchange of congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. Both leaders then proceeded to explore ways to enhance their countries' relations across various fields, emphasizing the importance of collaboration.

The meeting witnessed the presence of several Saudi dignitaries, including His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region; His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Sports; His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard; His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense; and His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Representing the Mauritanian side were His Excellency the Director of the Office of the President of the Republic, Mr. Nay Ould Ashrouqa, the Special Advisor to the President, Mr. Ahmed Abah, nicknamed Ahmeida, and the Mauritanian Ambassador to the Kingdom, Mukhtar Dahi.
