The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) announced Monday the graduation of the second cohort of the “Footsteps of Al-Hussein” programme as part of the leadership axis, which comprised 45 students.

The Footsteps of Al-Hussein Programme is a specialised national and pioneering programme that carries a vision of building youth leaders, according to a CPF statement.

It aims to establish a new school of thought for leadership among students from across the country aged 18-25 by developing their leadership skills and integrating them into networks and specialised tracks to enrich the comprehensive development process in Jordan.

The programme focuses on the leadership skills training phase, mentoring, knowledge training, practical training, volunteering and the challenge phase, in which national issues are discussed, the priorities of work teams are determined, and solutions to challenges are proposed.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees CPF, Ghassan Nuqul, said, “Our work philosophy in the Foundation focuses on building the capacities of young men and women from all governorates and providing them with fair opportunities to realise the Foundation’s vision of capable youth for an ambitious Jordan.”

The ceremony at the King Hussein Club included a review of success stories for the programme graduates.
