Makkah: The General Directorate of Civil Defense intensified its field efforts, deploying safety patrols and rapid response units across Makkah and Madinah during the final 10 days of Ramadan 1447 AH.
According to Saudi Press Agency, these measures aim to enhance preventive safety protocols, ensure the effective implementation of fire protection systems, and guarantee immediate response times during emergencies.
The directorate reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding visitor accommodations in the central areas of the two holy mosques and ensuring the presence of safe assembly points outside these facilities to maximize safety for visitors and pilgrims.
