Batch of Sudanese Pilgrims Arrives in Makkah for Hajj

Makkah: The Motawifs Pilgrims for Southeast Asian Countries Company (Mashariq) welcomed a group of 305 Sudanese pilgrims to Makkah yesterday, part of 8,000 Sudanese expected to arrive for Hajj this year. Mashariq emphasized its commitment to ensuring the utmost comfort and tranquility for pilgrims, and a smooth and comfortable Hajj experience, in line with the Kingdom's constant endeavor of looking after the well-being of all pilgrims. Dr. Mohammed Al-Khalifa, a Sudanese Hajj and Umrah official, expressed gratitude to the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for "the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality" extended to Sudanese pilgrims. He also commended the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for facilitating a smooth Hajj experience for Sudanese pilgrims, particularly considering the current circumstances in Sudan.
