Ministry of Water and Irrigation seized attacks on water lines in the capital Amman and filled a violating well in northern district of Ramtha. In a statement on Sunday, the ministry said its inspection teams, in cooperation with concerned authorities, detected illegal connections on water lines in Amman’s Ashrafieh area. The ministry noted legal measures are underway against violators in this case. In another incident, the ministry said its monitoring workers sealed a violating well in Ramtha district, stressing continuity of its crack down to detect any violations,or attacks on water sources. The ministry also appealed to citizens to report water-related attacks to protect their water rights.
