Arab Youth Center Launches 6th Round of “Youth Solutions” Initiative, Opens Registration.

Riyadh: The Arab Youth Center has launched the sixth round of its “Youth Solutions” initiative, coinciding with the sixteenth session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), held in Riyadh in partnership with the King Khalid Foundation. This year’s initiative invites young Arab innovators, start-up founders, and emerging project leaders to address the challenges of desertification, land restoration, drought management, and sustainable agriculture under the theme “United for the Earth.”

According to Saudi Press Agency, Vice President of the Arab Youth Center Dr. Sultan Al-Neyadi emphasized that the Youth Solutions initiative aims to harness the creativity of Arab youth in supporting regional development efforts and devising solutions to pressing environmental challenges.

CEO of the King Khalid Foundation Princess Nouf bint Mohammed bin Abdullah highlighted the initiative’s role in involving Arab youth in developing innovative responses to social an
d environmental issues on local, regional, and global scales.

Applications are now open for Saudi and Arab youth residing in the Kingdom, aged 18 to 35, who own a start-up or project in its planning, launch, or growth stage. Twenty applicants will be selected to advance through the training and qualification phases, ultimately competing to present their ideas to key strategic partners and decision-makers. The initiative’s team has begun accepting submissions for this round.
