Arab Bureau of Education, Mawhiba, Holds Second Gulf Forum on Talent and Creativity

Kanem: The Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS) and the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) organized the second Gulf forum on talent and creativity yesterday: The forum brought together a distinguished group of leaders, experts, and specialists in talent development and disability care from across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum included scientific sessions addressing key themes, including national and Gulf strategic priorities and their alignment with efforts to care for and empower gifted individuals in general, and those with exceptional abilities in particular. It discussed mechanisms for coordinating and integrating efforts among authorities focused on talent development and the support of individuals with disabilities. Additionally, the forum aimed to outline a shared Gulf vision for the care and empowerment of individuals with dual exceptionalities, concluding with a series of recommendations.
