Chongqing: The Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) took part in the seventh China-Arab States Broadcasting and Television Cooperation Forum, which was recently held in Chongqing, China. The event was attended by representatives from Arab and Chinese governments, broadcasting and television organizations, as well as international and regional professional bodies and companies from the audiovisual industry.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum was themed 'Mutual Learning Between Chinese and Arab Civilizations, Shared Success in Audiovisual Innovation.' It aimed to foster a deeper mutual understanding between Arab and Chinese communities and strengthen cooperation in digital media and cultural exchange. Key topics discussed during the forum included 'China-Arab Audio-Visual Content Cooperation in the Digital Media Era' and 'Technology Empowering High-Quality Development of the Audio-Visual Industry.'
The sessions provided a platform to explore opportunities for advancing media collaboration, content exchange, and innovation in the rapidly evolving audiovisual landscape.
