Al-baha: Under the patronage of Governor of Al-Baha Region Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, the 17th Honey Festival will kick off on Thursday at Raghadan Forest Park and continue for five days. The festival gathers local and international beekeepers, exhibitors, and honey production specialists.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the event aims to showcase local honey products, support beekeepers, and stimulate economic and tourism growth in the region through accompanying activities and educational programs. The initiatives aim to support sustainability, boost gross domestic product (GDP), and enhance food security in line with Saudi Vision 2030 for rural development.
