Riyadh: The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has urged establishments subject to withholding tax to submit their tax forms for February 2026 no later than March 10, 2026.
According to Saudi Press Agency, submissions must be completed via the official website (zatca.gov.sa) to avoid late penalties, which are calculated at 1% of the unpaid tax for each 30-day delay.
Withholding tax applies to payments made from Saudi sources to non-resident entities without a permanent local establishment, as per the rates defined in the Income Tax Law.
