The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Wrth) plays a crucial role in preserving the nation’s artistic capabilities and its wealth of handicrafts through education.
Since its establishment in 2021, Wrth has been dedicated to teaching traditional Saudi arts through 340 educational and training programs in various traditional arts and cultural heritage branches and specializations. These programs are held by 353 trainers under the supervision of 164 expert craftsmen in traditional Saudi crafts; 3,602 individuals from all regions of the Kingdom benefit from them.
