Jeddah: The 2025 World Pool Championship officially began yesterday in Jeddah for the second consecutive year, featuring 128 elite players from more than 40 countries. The event is taking place at the Green Halls from July 21 to 26, jointly organized by the Saudi Billiard and Snooker Federation and supervised by the Ministry of Sport.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the tournament reflects the ministry's ongoing efforts to strengthen the Kingdom's global presence in the sports sector. This initiative is particularly focused on specialized sports, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to empower the sports sector and expand its economic and social impact.
