Riyadh: Moderate to heavy rain, leading to flash floods and accompanied by hail and dust-stirring winds, is expected in parts of Madinah, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Hail, Qassim, Riyadh, and Eastern regions. Light to moderate rain may also fall in parts of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha and Makkah regions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be southeasterly to southerly, gradually shifting to northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 20-55 km/h in the northern and central parts. Waves may range from one and a half meters to two and a half meters; the sea will be calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly to northerly, shifting to northeasterly to easterly at speeds of 10-50 km/h in the northern part. Waves may reach from half a meter to two and a half meters; the sea will be calm to choppy.
