Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Receives World Bank’s Global Director for Social Protection

Riyadh: The Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Social Welfare and Empowerment, Eng. Sultan Al-Jorais received today the World Bank's Global Director for Social Protection and Jobs, Iffath Sharif. During the meeting, they discussed ways to cooperate in studying the design of social protection programs and developing them to achieve optimal beneficiary targeting. They also explored opportunities for cooperation in highlighting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's distinguished practices in international events. Additionally, Eng. Al-Jorais stressed the importance of such meetings in strengthening joint efforts and developing social protection services for the ministry-sponsored groups. Source: Saudi Press Agency
