Riyadh: Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji met in Cairo today with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq Dr. Fuad Hussein on the sidelines of the 166th ordinary session of the Arab League Council at the ministerial level. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the fraternal relations between the two countries and peoples and explored ways to strengthen and further develop them across various fields. They also discussed the latest regional and international developments and the efforts being made in this regard.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions emphasized the importance of collaboration in addressing regional challenges and the commitment of both nations to bolstering diplomatic ties. The meeting was an opportunity for both parties to reaffirm their dedication to ongoing dialogues and cooperation on shared interests.
