Kuwait city: Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Eng. Waleed El-Khereiji met with the Kingdom of Sweden State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Dag Hartelius on the sidelines of the 29th joint ministerial meeting between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the European Union (EU), held in the State of Kuwait. The meeting aimed to strengthen bilateral relations and address important regional and international developments.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions between Eng. Waleed El-Khereiji and Dag Hartelius encompassed a range of topics, with a focus on enhancing cooperation and understanding between their respective countries. The officials also examined ongoing efforts to address various regional and international issues, highlighting the importance of collaborative approaches in tackling these challenges.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador Haifa Al-Jedea, who is the head of the Kingdom's mission to the EU. Her presence underscored the commitment of both nations to maintaining strong diplomatic relations and working together on shared objectives.
