US Stocks End Higher

US stocks ended higher at the end of the trading session on Tuesday. The S and P 500 .SPX gained 9.26 points, or 0.16%, to end at 5,626.10 points, while the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC gained 29.82 points, or 0.17%, to 17,755.58.
