Riyadh: Taibah University in Madinah will host on Wednesday the "Forum for Developing University Endowments and Enhancing Financial Sustainability." The event will bring together university leaders and experts in endowments and investment to explore opportunities for developing university endowments and strengthening their financial sustainability.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum will serve as a specialized platform for dialogue, bringing together officials responsible for university endowments, grant-making institutions, and experts and practitioners in the endowment sector. It aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, insights, and expertise while fostering collaboration to build a sustainable and effective university endowment ecosystem.
The forum will highlight the role of university endowments in supporting educational, research, and community programs. It will also explore sector opportunities, strategic partnerships, and cooperation with grant-making institutions, while showcasing best practices to maximize the impact of endowment resources and improve institutional performance.
