Yemen's record in the tournament is less favorable, with 36 matches resulting in one win, six draws, and 29 losses. They have scored 15 goals while conceding 89.
Historically, the UAE and Yemen have met four times in this tournament, with the UAE emerging victorious in all encounters, outscoring Yemen 11 goals to two.
