Riyadh: The Tuwaiq Academy has named 2026 as the Year of Artificial Intelligence, coinciding with the announcement of the opening of the registration for a group of camps and programs in artificial intelligence and modern technologies that will be held at the academy's headquarters in Riyadh starting April, aiming to build and empower national capabilities in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the camps and programs follow an educational methodology based on projects and challenges, including building models and intelligent agents, to empower various national talents and competencies among students, graduates, and employees, in addition to several other camps and programs in the field. The academy has made registration available through its website: https://tuwaiq.edu.sa.
In this context, the academy concluded the Tuwaiq Artificial Intelligence Hackathon at its headquarters on Sunday, March 8, using the Vibe Coding methodology. The hackathon attracted more than 1,500 participants who contributed to building more than 350 innovative projects using the latest artificial intelligence technologies and platforms.
