Turaif: Turaif Governorate's historic neighborhoods, including Tapline, Khalidiyah, and Masadah, vividly reflect a deeply rooted past, showcasing urban landmarks that narrate a community's beginnings over 70 years ago and highlighting the strong bond between its people and environment.

According to Saudi Press Agency, these areas feature traditional buildings and shops that evoke fond memories for Turaif's first generation, who recall their early education and professional journeys. The daily siren, signaling work hours and prayer times, symbolized the era's structured and simple lifestyle.

Local Mohammed Al-Shaalan recounted: "As the siren blew, the green bus and water tanker moved, and students lined up-a scene capturing the order and simplicity of life."

Rashid Al-Khamsan stated these neighborhoods embody Turaif's authentic collective memory and its social and urban transformations, preserving ancestral stories. He emphasized safeguarding this cultural heritage, which reflects the intertwined history of people and place.
