Turaif: The governorate of Turaif in the Northern Borders region recorded a temperature of minus one degree Celsius (-1 °C) this morning, making it the coldest location in the Kingdom.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the recent drop in temperature is a result of the intense cold air mass that has been affecting the Northern Borders region since the start of the week.
The National Center of Meteorology reported that Al-Qurayyat recorded 2 °C, while Tabuk and Sakaka registered 3 °C, and Rafha reached 4 °C, making them some of the coldest areas in the Kingdom on Monday.
