Tunis: Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Mohamed Ali Nafti met yesterday with ambassadors of the Gulf Cooperation
Council (GCC) states in Tunisia, including Saudi Ambassador Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Saqr. The meeting was held at the ambassadors' request. It reviewed regional developments, including Iranian attacks aimed at undermining the security and stability of GCC states, and emphasized the importance of continued coordination and consultation to support regional security and strengthen relations.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Ali Nafti expressed his country's interest in following developments in the region and its keenness to support all efforts aimed at strengthening security and stability and encouraging peaceful solutions and dialogue among the various parties.
The ambassadors reaffirmed the GCC states' rejection of all forms of Iranian interference in the internal affairs of other countries, stressing the importance of respecting the principles of good-neighborly relations and international law.
