Riyadh: The National Transport Safety Center (NTSC) has announced its readiness for the Hajj season 1447 AH, with a comprehensive operational plan covering all modes of transport. The plan aims at enhancing safety within the transport ecosystem and ensuring a safe and smooth journey for pilgrims. According to Saudi Press Agency, the NTSC has mobilized its human, technical, and technological capabilities to receive reports and respond to major incidents across all transport sectors: air, land, sea, and rail. A round-the-clock system, coordinated with relevant authorities, ensures rapid handling of reports and enhanced response readiness at all locations. The NTSC also confirmed the preparedness of its specialized national personnel, trained to the highest professional standards in safety investigations, in addition to the readiness of its operational control center to receive and process reports. The NTSC plan comes as part of the integrated transport and logistics ecosystem's commitment to delivering a saf e Hajj experience, reflecting the Kingdom's dedication to serving pilgrims. This effort aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by improving service quality for pilgrims, enhancing their satisfaction, and ensuring comfort throughout their spiritual journey.
