Tourism Ministry’s Unified Call Center Receives More Than 35,000 Calls during Hajj Season

Riyadh: The Ministry of Tourism announced that its unified call center 930 received more than 35,000 calls from pilgrims during the 1447 AH Hajj season as part of ongoing efforts to serve pilgrims around the clock.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the center continued providing services by responding to pilgrims' inquiries and interacting with suggestions and feedback, helping pilgrims perform rituals comfortably and smoothly.

The ministry added that these efforts come within the framework of joint work with relevant government entities to improve services for pilgrims in the holy sites.

The ministry also affirmed its commitment to promptly handling reports, inquiries, and complaints throughout the Hajj season. It noted that the unified call center 930 plays a key role in monitoring services provided by hospitality facilities and travel and tourism offices.
