Jeddah: The National Center for Meteorology has forecast continued thunderstorms with strong winds in parts of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, the Northern Borders, and the Eastern Region. Fog is also possible in these regions, as well as parts of Madinah and Tabuk.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northerly to northwesterly at speeds of 15-30 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southerly to southwesterly at speeds of 15-50 km/h in the southern part. Waves may range from half a meter to more than two meters; the sea will be calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northerly to northwesterly at speeds of 12-40 km/h. Waves may range from half a meter to two meters, and the sea will be calm to choppy.
