Riyadh: Thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds are forecasted to affect parts of the highlands of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions. Additionally, gusty winds and blowing dust are expected to impact parts of Eastern, Riyadh, Qassim, Madinah, and Tabuk regions. According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 15-40 km/h in the northern and central parts, reaching up to 45 km/h toward the Gulf of Aqaba. In the southern part, winds will be northwesterly to westerly at speeds of 10-32 km/h. The wave height in the Red Sea may range from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching up to two meters toward the Gulf of Aqaba, with sea conditions expected to be slight to moderate. In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 15-40 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southwesterly to westerly at speeds of 10-30 km/h in the southern part. The wave height may range from half a meter to one and a half meters, with t he sea expected to be slight to moderate.
