Thunderstorms and Dust-Stirring Winds Expected in Various Regions

Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has forecasted thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds in parts of Aseer and Jazan. Dust-stirring winds are expected to affect parts of Eastern, Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, Madinah, Makkah, Riyadh, Qassim, and Hail regions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 20-50 km/h in the northern and central parts, and westerly to northwesterly at speeds of 15-35 km/h in the southern part. Waves are anticipated to range from half a meter to two and a half meters, with the sea conditions varying from calm to choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds will blow from the northwest to the west at speeds of 15-38 km/h. Wave heights may vary from half a meter to one and a half meters, maintaining calm sea conditions.
