Thunderstorms and Dust-Stirring Winds Expected Across Several Saudi Regions

Najran: The National Center for Meteorology has forecasted that thunderstorms accompanied by hail and gusty winds will persist in the regions of Najran, Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah. Additionally, dust-stirring winds are anticipated to affect the regions of Eastern, Riyadh, Madinah, Qassim, and Hail.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea are expected to be southwesterly to northwesterly, reaching speeds between 20 to 50 km/h. Waves in the Red Sea are predicted to range from one meter to two and a half meters, resulting in choppy sea conditions.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds are projected to be southwesterly to southeasterly with speeds of 15 to 30 km/h. The wave heights in this area are expected to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, indicating relatively calm sea conditions.
