Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has announced weather conditions for Friday, predicting thundershowers accompanied by strong winds in the regions of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah. These weather patterns are expected to bring significant changes to these areas.
According to Saudi Press Agency, dust-stirring winds are anticipated in Najran, Riyadh, Madinah, and Makkah regions, which may lead to reduced visibility along the coastal road to the Jazan Region. These conditions could impact travel and outdoor activities, prompting residents to exercise caution.
The forecast for the Red Sea indicates varying wind directions and speeds. In the northern and central parts, winds will be southwesterly to westerly at speeds of 10-22 km/h, while in the southern part, winds will shift to westerly to northwesterly, reaching speeds of 20-50 km/h.
In the Arabian Gulf, the northern part will experience westerly to southwesterly winds, and the southern part will have easterly to northeasterly winds at speeds of 10-20 km/h. These wind patterns may affect marine activities, and relevant authorities have been advised to monitor the situation closely.
