Ramallah - Ma'an - Since yesterday evening and until Monday morning, the Israeli occupation forces launched a wide-scale arrest campaign that targeted at least 45 citizens from the West Bank, including children, former prisoners, and hostages. The Commission of Prisoners' Affairs and the Prisoners' Club explained that the arrests were concentrated in the governorates of Ramallah and Bethlehem, while the rest were distributed among the governorates of Salfit, Hebron, Nablus, Qalqilya, and Jerusalem. In addition, the occupation continues to carry out wide-scale raids and abuse recently, accompanied by severe beatings and threats against detainees and their families, in addition to acts of vandalism and destruction in citizens' homes. It is noteworthy that the number of arrests since the beginning of the ongoing war of extermination and comprehensive aggression against our people has reached more than (11) thousand citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem. It is worth noting that the occupation conti nues to carry out arrest campaigns in the West Bank, which are accompanied by systematic abuse and torture of detainees and their families, in an unprecedented manner. The occupation did not exclude the sick, the wounded, and the elderly during the arrest campaigns.
