The mayor of Qarawat Bani Hassan, Ibrahim Assi, said, 'The occupation army stormed the Al-Tall area and confiscated a bulldozer while working on the home of citizen Muqbil Rayan, under the pretext of working in an area classified as 'C' in which work is prohibited.'
