According to the TGA's quarterly statistical bulletin, 242,857 passengers traveled from Makkah to cities and governorates across the Kingdom, while around 206,527 traveled from Riyadh.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the TGA is working with the public and private sectors to develop intercity bus transport by improving service efficiency, enhancing the passenger experience, and expanding destination coverage. These efforts aim to provide safe and reliable travel options, improve quality of life, and support the objectives of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy.
