Riyadh: The Sports Boulevard project announced a temporary closure of King Fahd Road between the Northern Ring Road and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Road on Saturday and Sunday, March 21-22, from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM, to carry out electricity tower removal works as part of the project.
According to Saudi Press Agency, road users are advised to follow the illustrated map and use alternative routes during the closure period. The closure is part of ongoing efforts to facilitate the development of the Sports Boulevard, an initiative aimed at enhancing urban infrastructure in the area.
The temporary closure is expected to aid the smooth execution of the necessary works, ensuring the project progresses on schedule without causing undue inconvenience to the public. Residents and commuters are encouraged to plan their journeys in advance and adhere to the suggested detours to avoid delays.
