Riyadh: The Tourism Development Fund (TDF) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Palladium Hotel Group to explore development opportunities in the Kingdom's tourism sector. This agreement aims to enhance cooperation, assess opportunities, and conduct feasibility studies for projects, aligning with the National Tourism Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU is a strategic move by TDF to attract investment and support the growth of tourism in Saudi Arabia. This collaboration with Palladium Hotel Group, known for its high-quality all-inclusive hotels and integrated resorts, marks a significant step in introducing contemporary hospitality experiences that cater to diverse visitor demographics.
TDF Chief Executive Officer Qusai bin Abdullah Al-Fakhri emphasized that this partnership represents a milestone in advancing the Kingdom's tourism sector. He highlighted the importance of attracting quality investments and global expertise to enrich the tourism offerings with world-class hospitality facilities. Al-Fakhri expressed pride in the collaboration, which sets the stage for impactful projects supporting the National Tourism Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.
Palladium Hotel Group Chief Executive Officer Jesus Sobrino noted the partnership as a unique opportunity to explore Saudi Arabia's burgeoning tourism sector, which offers distinctive investment opportunities. The MoU will initiate with assessment studies of tourism opportunities in Jeddah and Yanbu, leveraging TDF's incentives and investment enablers.
