Jeddah: Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) President Abdullah bin Sharaf Alghamdi said the national comprehensive 'Tawakkalna' app, in its newest form, marks a milestone in the Kingdom's digital transformation and reflects the leadership's vision to build an integrated digital environment that puts people first.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement marking the launch of the national campaign for the app, Alghamdi highlighted that Tawakkalna strikes a balance between innovation, responsibility, and execution. The app aims to make government services more accessible with high quality and reliability while enhancing user experience and operational efficiency to promote an inclusive digital environment.

He further explained that the campaign follows a directive to transform Tawakkalna into a national comprehensive app. This transformation enables citizens, residents, and visitors to access all government services through a single digital platform, thereby improving government performance, simplifying procedures, and increasing satisfaction with digital services across various sectors, in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Alghamdi noted that Tawakkalna collaborates with more than 250 government entities to enhance integration among government platforms and streamline the user journey. The app currently provides more than 1,000 digital services, with this integration acting as a catalyst for the Kingdom's digital leadership on both regional and global stages.

He also mentioned that Tawakkalna continues to develop and expand its digital services to include private-sector offerings. By leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics, the app seeks to improve service quality and accessibility, showcasing the Kingdom's commitment to utilizing technology to serve people and achieve sustainable development.
