Makkah: The Saudi Authority of Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM), through its TAQDEER system, has launched an innovative online service to assess vehicle damage from minor accidents in the Makkah and Madinah regions during the Hajj season.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this service, developed in collaboration with Najm for Insurance Services Company, which handles accident reporting, is designed to expedite damage assessments, alleviate traffic congestion, and save time for both pilgrims and residents. The service allows users to access damage assessments directly at the accident site with the help of an accident handler. The assessment report is provided within two hours, thereby eliminating the need for individuals to visit a service center.
This initiative highlights TAQEEM's commitment to integrating modern technologies through the TAQDEER system, aiming to enhance service delivery and offer efficient solutions that address the unique challenges presented during peak periods like Hajj.
