Riyadh: President Emomali Rahmon of the Republic of Tajikistan and his accompanying delegation arrived in Riyadh today to participate in the Extraordinary Arab and Islamic Summit. The president was received at King Khalid International Airport by Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Mayor of Riyadh Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Saudi Ambassador to Tajikistan Waleed Alreshaidan, and Ambassador of Tajikistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Akram Karimi According to Saudi Press Agency, this summit is expected to address significant issues pertinent to both the Arab and Islamic communities. The primary focus will be on fostering cooperation among member states and addressing common challenges faced by the region. Tajikistan's participation underscores the country's commitment to regional collaboration and dialogue.
